In line with new Government Legislation (June 2008) we are obliged to make the following disclaimer regarding the goods on our shop “All items in this shop declaring to have metaphysical properties are sold as curiosities only. No claims can be made as to their validity and/or effectiveness. All items are sold for their aesthetic value and are for entertainment purpose only”.
All known safety information about products has been given; we do not take responsibility for misuse. We shall have no liability or responsibility for any loss, damage or injury, caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by our products or information.
We have used reasonable care in compiling the content of this site making sure that our product descriptions are as accurate as possible and we can accept no liability for any inaccuracy, error or omission.

You must be 18 years or older to book a session or your parents have to book it for you.
Purchase and Use of Service
*Please keep in mind that the items may appear larger in pictures as we have tried to show as much detail of the products as possible. Please always check the size or measurement in the product descriptions. Colours shown on your monitor may also be slightly different from the actual colour of the products. All Terra Tachyon products are handmade; therefore the colour and size of each object may slightly vary.
We always use all reasonable commercial efforts to meet your delivery dates. However we cannot guarantee delivery dates. You will be advised by email when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. We will not be held responsible for items arriving late due to services out of our control, i.e. postal strikes. We will not be responsible for the loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
*You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
Payment
We use PayPal secure checkout. But You do NOT need a PayPal account to use this checkout, if you wish to pay by credit / debit card just select PayPal as you checkout option. On the next page you will see an option "Dont have a PayPal account?" Click on this link and you will be able to enter your card details. Your card details are 100% secure and encrypted on PayPal’s server. We cannot see you card details.
