Depending on the service required, on the location and on your personal preference, our services are available in-person, via telephone, via video on Skype or Smart Phone apps, and via email.

In-person sessions are administered in a professional, comfortable, and confidential manner at "The Neal's Yard Remedies Therapy Centre", in Covent Garden, Central London. For standard booking and pricing please click here or contact us

N.B. Please note that the first appointment only will be 1.5h duration to allow for a client history form to be completed and an informal introductory conversation to take place. An additional £10 will be added to the fee. This conversation is important because it allows two things to happen. First the clients have the oportunity to explain why they want to see a therapist, what it is going on on their life, and what they are hoping to receive from the sessions. Second Francesca will have the opportunity to feel the client's energy prior to starting the session, which allows her to receive more insight into the client's current situation.

We also take appointments in other convenient locations such as a client's office, a coffee shop, or a gym, depending on the therapy requested. Not everyone feels most at ease in a counsellor's office or a therapy room, and I see no reason to insist on meeting in one. For this kind of booking please contact us as an additional fee may apply to cover travelling time cost.
Please Note; out of office appointments will be held only in public places.

A different fee will also apply for a mobile service in the comfort of your home, when really needed and appropriate for health reasons.

For some people, it is nearly impossible to schedule consistent counselling when travel is involved.  Thus, we also take Video Appointments via Skype or Smart Phone apps and give support via email, but we ask to make an effort for the first appointment to be in-person.

 

All therapy sessions can be enhanced by the use of Terra Tachyon - Holistic Products, just ask for it at your first appointment.

 

REFERRAL SCHEME: If you refer 3 people or a person that books 3 sessions you will receive half an hour free treatment (quantum touch, reiki, hand reflexology, head and neck massage, tachyon consultation) please contact us

Reduced rates for students and senior citizens please contact us

Please note 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or you will be charged 50% of the fee.
